Design Competition

Competition finalist.

The project was to convert three heritage residential buildings into a single complex to house the prestigious International Studies Centre at the University of Toronto and to relocate the Trinity College Library.

The International Studies Centre’s programme required administrative and study space, and a striking conference centre. The Library’s programme required collection spaces, stacks, computer, audio visual and conference facilities and a concept for future expansion.

St. George Street was an integral part of the design, providing a visual and physical link to Trinity College and the larger University community.
