Space Planning – Corporate Headquarters

Within this large, single tenant building, we were tasked with review existing occupancy plans in selected areas throughout the building and develop As-Found colour-coded floor plans as well as space analysis data sheets for each of the occupancy groups based on the corporations organization chart.

The goal was then to analyze the data collected with the client and incorporate future space and furniture requirements and propose new space allocations for each group within the building to optimize the use of available space while creating more efficient workspace arrangements.

Through a process of working closely with the client, various layouts and phasing options were exercised and the result was collected in a study report format to be used as a planning reference tool.
