ROBERT SPECK PARKWAY: ENTRANCE AND LOBBY UPGRADES
The improvements to the building entrance are designed to achieve the aesthetics and security needs of the client. The relocated security desk complements this design by creating a direct relationship with the entrance as well as providing visual access to the elevator lobby, the automated teller machines, the immediate exterior and the parking lot beyond.
Not only was this location ideal for direct access to the parking and proposed conference centre levels, but also left the remainder of the ground floor plan with only minor modifications so that the adjacent tenants would maintain the existing areas (square footage).
